    Consent to the processing of personal data

    I, the user of the website https://u-force.in.ua/, as the subject of personal data, in accordance with the information I provide on the website https://u-force.in.ua/, and guided by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” hereby grant Limited Liability Company “SCIENTIFIC AND PRODUCTION COMPANY U-FORCE”, EDRPOU code 45151612 (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”), permission to process my personal data (information and the set of information about me provided within the scope of my actions on the website) in the User Database of the website https://u-force.in.ua/ under the following conditions:

    1.1. I confirm and acknowledge my full consent to these conditions. This Consent applies to all internet services, websites, online products, and resources owned or used by the Owner in its business activities. I grant this consent pursuant to the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” (as amended), for the processing of my personal data as defined by this law through the information and telecommunications system of the personal data database.

    1.2. I confirm that I have been informed of:

    • the purpose of processing and storing my personal data: to fulfill the goals of providing services to clients, systematizing client information service processes, and ensuring prompt provision of advisory information by the appropriate means of communication;
    • the conditions of data processing, as well as the place of storage and processing of personal data.

    1.2.1. In this context, services refer to the provision of information and any other assistance in raising my awareness as a user regarding the product range, quality, and technical characteristics of the products manufactured by the Owner.

    1.3. I understand and consent that while using this website and other services of the Owner, the collection and processing of personal data related to identification, the sending of informational materials, and the collection of my personal information (including but not limited to my phone number) will be carried out.

    1.4. I agree that the Owner may use my data for:

    • distribution of information about its products and related purposes;
    • targeting of advertising and/or informational materials based on my explicit request to receive advisory information;
    • statistical research;
    • any other methods.

    1.5. I grant the Owner the right to transfer the personal data database, or any part thereof containing my personal data, without prior or subsequent notice to me, to the following entities:

    • partners of the Owner;
    • persons related to the Owner, including through business or employment relations;
    • a new owner of the website and/or service for the purposes specified in this Consent, in case the Owner transfers the website for management or servicing to another entity.

    1.6. I confirm my understanding that during the use of this website, third-party internet resource codes may be embedded on its pages, resulting in the collection of my personal data by such third parties. These resources may include web analytics systems (e.g., Google Analytics), social media plugins (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), messenger plugins (e.g., Signal, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber), and others. I acknowledge that the Owner bears no responsibility for the processing of my personal data by such third parties.

    1.7. I confirm that I am aware of my rights regarding the protection of personal data as provided by the applicable legislation of Ukraine, in particular by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”

    1.8. I have been informed that I have the right to withdraw my consent to the use of my personal data at any time by sending the Owner a written notice at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to the intended date of withdrawal. I agree that within this period the Owner is not obliged to cease processing or delete my personal data. Withdrawal shall not have retroactive effect on data processed before the effective date of withdrawal.

    1.8.1. To withdraw this Consent, it is sufficient to send an email with the subject line “Personal Data” to info@u-force.in.ua. Such withdrawal is equivalent to a written request from the user and results in the deletion of the user’s data from the website https://u-force.in.ua/.

    1.9. The term of processing of my personal data is unlimited but shall not exceed what is necessary for the purposes outlined in this Consent.

    1.10. This Consent becomes effective from the moment I enter my phone number in the “REQUEST CONSULTATION” field and click the “CALL BACK” plugin in the contact form on the website https://u-force.in.ua/.

    If the User disagrees with any provision of this Consent to the processing of personal data, they undertake to immediately cease transmitting their personal data to the Owner or to third parties through the website https://u-force.in.ua/.
